1. OVERVIEW OF BUSINESS:

Stylux Gallery ZA Trading as Stylux Gallery ZA operates as an exclusive sneaker and streetwear store through this website.

2. DELIVERY POLICY:

Delivery of orders are subject to availability and receipt of payment, requests will be processed within 2 business days and delivery confirmed by way of email. All domestic deliveries are fulfilled by Aramex South Africa.

3. RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES:

In cases of unavailability or dissatisfaction of your product,  Stylux Gallery ZA will refund the client in full within 1 to 7 business days. 

Without prejudice to any applicable legal guarantee on the purchased products,
Stylux Gallery ZA will accept the exchange and refund of products strictly within 14 days from the date of purchase.

Merchandise must be unworn, undamaged, in its original undamaged packaging, with original tags
attached and be accompanied by a valid proof of purchase.

Any item that shows signs of wear or damage, is not in the original undamaged packaging or without the tags attached will not be accepted for exchange.

We inspect all items before they are made available to purchase. Items that are soiled or damaged at a later stage will not be accepted for exchange/return.

No exchange will be accepted on any underwear (e.g. socks, briefs), on sale or clearance items, cleaning products and pre-owned items.

 

In the event that there are no replacement products to exchange with, the purchase price of the exchanged item will be credited to the customer by means of store credit for future use the same applies to any balance remaining after exchange.

4. CUSTOMER PRIVACY POLICY:

Stylux Gallery ZA shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users. For the purpose of this clause, “personal information” shall be defined as detailed in the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA).
 

5. PAYMENT METHODS:

Payment may be made by Card with our payment processor IkhoKha.

6. CARD ACQUIRING AND SECURITY:

Card transactions will be acquired for Stylux Gallery ZA  with Ikhokha (Pty) Ltd who are the approved payment gateway for all South African Acquiring Banks. Stylux Gallery ZA uses the strictest form of encryption, namely Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3) and no Card details are stored on the website. Users may go to www.ikhokha.com to view their security certificate and security policy.
 

7. CUSTOMERS DETAILS STORED SEPARATE FROM CARD DETAILS:

Customer details will be stored by Stylux Gallery ZA.

 

8. MERCHANT OUTLET COUNTRY AND TRANSACTION CURRENCY:

The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. Transaction currency is South African Rand (ZAR).

Stylux Gallery ZA takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction including sale of goods and services sold on this website, customer service and support, dispute resolution and delivery of goods.
