Which items cannot be returned?

Items purchased on sale or discount cannot be returned. Items on sale or discount can be exchanged for a different product.

How long does domestic delivery take?

We use Aramex South Africa for shipping nationwide to your doorstep. Delivery generally takes 1 to 2 working days for urban area then 3+ working days for outlying areas. Domestic shipping fee is charged at a flat rate of R100.00

What happens when i purchase an item out of stock or unavailable?

We maintain accurate stock counts on our website from time to time. If you purchase an item which appears to be unavailable or out of stock from our warehouse, we will refund you within 1 business day.

Where is Stylux Gallery ZA?

We are an online retailer, we do not have any brick physical stores throughout South Africa.

Where is my order?

When your order has been packed and ready to ship, you will receive an email or SMS containing a tracking code along with tracking URL to our partner courier website.

How long does international shipping take?

We use Aramex courier for worldwide shipping. Delivery generally takes 7 to 14 working days. Shipping fee is charged at a flat rate of R950.00
